Ms Yin Lai Phyu

Ms Yin Lai Phyu is currently the medicine inventory management lead of 9 physical clinics and a telepharmacy in Doctor Anywhere. She is also a seasoned pharmacy technician with over a decade of experience in community pharmacy for patient care and training. She obtained her Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nottingham, UK, in 2019 and her Bachelor in Pharmacy (BPharm) from the University of Pharmacy, Yangon, in 2010. She is one of the writers for the paper “Evaluation and perception of telepharmacy service in community”, published in 2019. Ms Yin has also received the Excellent Service Award from the Singapore Retailer Association multiple times from 2013 to 2020. With a passion for patient care, innovation, corporate social responsibility and sustainability, Ms Yin is very much interested in innovative healthcare to improve patient care.
