Often this task can be rather daunting and stressful, especially in the early part of one’s career. In the 2020 national survey among Singapore’s patient care pharmacists and technicians, the perception of lack of control and autonomy over work was identified as a significant factor for burnout, being almost two times higher in the burnout group than in the non-burnout group. |
