4. Online Purchase and Payment
4.1 Online payment for membership or products can be made by users with a credit card through on-line payment to the PSS office. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. In the event that you have made an accidental purchase by keying in your personal information and/or you have changed your mind, we will not be responsible for refunding you any monies
4.2 No refund shall be given by PSS, under the following circumstances:
a) Purchase of online products.
b) Complaints to PSS (from users) that the systems were slow and unreliable during payment transaction. Technical matters are exempted under these terms of use.
c) Unable to get print-out for purchased products (service recovery for this is to resend digital copy for customer)
d) Users claim that their account was ‘hacked or cracked into’ illegally by any other third parties, resulting in unintentional purchases.
5. Your Membership Account
5.1 As member of the PSS, if you use this Website, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
6.1 The Terms of Use of the Website shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the courts of the Republic of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.
7. Disputes
7.1 Any dispute relating to your visit to Website, Materials, products or products purchased through the Website shall be subject to confidential arbitration in Singapore, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate PSS’s intellectual property rights.
7.2 In the event that you have deemed to have in any manner violated or threatened to violate PSS’s intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
7.3 Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise

Nurhaziqah is a Senior Pharmacy Technician with extensive experience in pharmacy operations, workforce development, quality improvement, and professional leadership. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Pharmaceutical Science) in 2017 and is the recipient of the retail Excellent Service Award (EXSA) and Excellent Pharmacy Technician Award, recognising her commitment to patient care and service excellence in pharmacy practice.
Passionate about advancing the pharmacy technician profession, Nurhazigah serves as a Head Trainer and mentor for pharmacy technician trainees and contributed to quality improvement as an Internal Auditor. She also represents Guardian as the Pharmacy Technician Lead in the Pharmacy Technician Lead-Chief Pharmacist (PTL-CP) network, collaborating with Chief Pharmacists and pharmacy technician leaders across Singapore to share best practices, strengthen professional frameworks, and drive initiatives that enhance the competencies and professional development of pharmacy technicians.
Beyond her workplace, Nurhaziqah is an active member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore (PSS) Scientific Committee, Head of Sponsorship for the Pharmacy Technician Community of Practice (PT COP), and Singapore’s representative to the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) Pharmacy Technician Advisory Committee (PTAC), contributing to national and international efforts to advance the profession.

Dr Vivianne Shih

Dr Vivianne Shih is the Immediate Past President of the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore (PSS), as well as Chair of the SingHealth Duke-NUS Centre for Global Pharmacy and a Specialist Pharmacist at the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS). She holds both a Doctor of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) Honours degree from the National University of Singapore, and is US Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy and Oncology.
As Clinical Service Lead for the Pharmacy Department at NCCS, Dr Shih has been instrumental in establishing clinical oncology pharmacy services. Her contributions have been recognised with several accolades, including the SingHealth Allied Health Professional Clinical Champion Award in 2021, and the PSS Professor Lucy Wan Outstanding Pharmacist of the Year award in 2025.
Dr Shih is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School and serves as Residency Programme Director for the National Pharmacy Residency Programme R2 (Oncology). In 2024, she received the National Pharmacy Residency Programme Outstanding Faculty Award. She is also actively involved in the training of Registrars and Medical Officers from the Division of Medical Oncology at NCCS, and in 2025 was presented with the Residency in SingHealth Excels (RISE)-Partners in Education Award.
Dr Kalisvar Marimuthu

Adjunct Assistant Professor Kalisvar Marimuthu is a Senior Consultant in Infectious Diseases and Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) at the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID) and Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), Singapore. He is Chair of the National Infection Prevention and Control Committee (NIPC) and Deputy Clinical Director of TTSH’s Department of Infection Prevention and Control (DIPC). He also serves as a Senior Consultant for IPC with Singapore’s Ministry of Health and the Communicable Diseases Agency. He is Co-Chair of the World Health Organization (WHO) guideline development group on IPC for respiratory pathogens of pandemic potential. His primary research interests focus on the transmission dynamics of emerging infectious diseases and multidrug-resistant organisms (MDROs), as well as de implementation and sustainability in IPC.
