Ms Wong Zhi Xin
Ms Wong Zhi Xin is a senior clinical pharmacist at the National University Hospital (NUH), Singapore. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the National University of Singapore and subsequently completed her master’s degree in clinical pharmacy from Queen’s University Belfast. In 2017, she completed her NUH PGY1 residency program.
With experience in inpatient setting, ambulatory care and transitional care, Ms Wong joined the NUHS@Home team in 2020 as the lead pharmacist in the development of pharmacy-related services and medication supply processes for the hospital-at-home programme. She currently heads both the community care team pharmacist services as well as NUHS@Home pharmacist services in NUH. She has a keen interest in exploring and expanding the pharmacist’s role in the Mobile Inpatient Care at Home (MIC@Home) setting.
