Ms Shakunthala D/O Hans Raj

Ms Shakunthala has a diverse background in conference management and pharmacy education and training. With 5 years of prior experience managing conferences in the Asia-Pacific region, she excels in organising and executing successful events and projects. For the past 3 years, Ms Shakunthala has been leveraging on her project management expertise to drive innovation in the field of pharmacy education and training. Some of her key roles are developing training and assessment criteria, testing and validating proof-of-concept innovations, and bringing them to the point of a minimum viable product (MVP) for implementation in pharmacy practices.

As the lead trainer of Project VRx, a landmark Virtual Apprenticeship Training Program for pharmacy trainees at the Singapore General Hospital, Ms Shakunthala provides valuable knowledge and experience to the design and development of feedbacks and assessments in the domain of technology-enhanced learning to enhance the knowledge and skills of pharmacy professionals.
