Ms Lee Hwei Khien

Ms Lee Hwei Khien holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (Honors) from the National University of Singapore (NUS), a Master of Science in Clinical Pharmacy from Queen’s University of Belfast, and is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist (BCPS) under the US Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties.

She is currently practicing at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), Singapore. In 2013, after serving 10 years in pharmacist-run ambulatory clinics with focus on heart failure and anticoagulation, Ms Lee expanded her practice focus to palliative care. She currently serves as the pharmacy palliative team lead in TTSH. She is also involved in training and education, delivering lectures at the National Collaboration Prescribing Programme and working with Lien Centre for Palliative Care to deliver palliative talks to entry-level pharmacists.
