Ms Claire Lew Sook Fui

Ms Claire Lew is a senior clinical pharmacist at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore. In her daily work, she is involved in pharmacist-run cardiology clinics such as the Heart Failure Pharmacist Clinic, the post-percutaneous intervention (PCI) pharmacist clinic, as well as anti-coagulation services in the hospital. Ms Lew is currently pursuing her PharmD and is in her final year.
