Payment and Cancellation Policy

  1. All registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, no refunds will be issued.
  2. Please note that online payments are processed via PayPal and will be subject to a PayPal processing fee. By proceeding with registration, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.
  3. Transfer of registration (including name change and pre-congress masterclass selection) is permissible up to one month before the event, subject to availability. A transfer fee of SGD 50 will be incurred for each change.
  4. No changes to registration details or selections (including name change and pre-congress masterclass selection) are allowed less than one month before the event, under any circumstances.
