Important Entry Information for Singapore
All short-term visitors to Singapore (SG) are required to submit the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) before reaching SG immigration.
Submission can be done on the day of arrival or two days prior, via the SGAC e-Service or MyICA mobile app. For example, if you are arriving in Singapore on 1 October 2025, you can submit your form from 29 September 2025 onwards.
Please note that the SG Arrival Card is not a visa, and the use of the SG Arrival Card e-Service is free of charge.
Once the SG Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) has successfully processed your SG Arrival Card submission, you will receive an acknowledgement in the form of a PDF document (downloadable directly from the web portal) or via email. Please retain a copy (digital or printed) and be prepared to present it at immigration if requested.
Upon successful immigration clearance at the checkpoint, you will receive a digital e-pass, which serves as your official record of entry and indicates the duration of your stay in Singapore. You can view or download it from the ICA website after arrival.
Please note that the period of stay in Singapore is not tied to the validity of your visa.
Feel free to contact the secretariat if you need further assistance.
