GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION COMPETITION
- Pharmacist track posters (all categories): Presentation and judging will be on 28 September, 08:30–09:30 (UTC+8). Presenters are required to be at their posters by 08:15 (UTC+8).
- Pharmacy Technician Symposium posters: Presentation and judging will be on 27 September, 15:00–15:30 (UTC+8). Presenters are required to be at their posters by 14:45 (UTC+8).
- Poster competition presenters must register for a 2-day onsite pass to the congress upon their confirmation of participation..
- All posters must be in English. Please prepare the physical poster, A0 size (84.1x118.9 cm, or 33.1x46.8 in), portrait layout.
- Presenters must stand by their poster during the presentation to answer queries from the judging panel. Otherwise, no score will be given by the judges.
- Time for each poster presentation: 7 minutes
- Presentation: 4 minutes. Important: After this allotted time, the session chairperson will be obliged to end the presentation.
- Questions and answers: 3 minutes
- Physical posters must be set up by 08:30 (UTC+8) on 27 September 2025 and removed before 16:00 (UTC+8) on 28 September 2025. Unclaimed posters will be disposed of accordingly.
- The poster should include:
- Background & objectives
- Methods
- Results
- Discussion (strengths and weaknesses, pharmacy practice relevance/impact/innovation)
- Conclusion (take-home messages)
- Acknowledgements and declaration of funding
- References
- Viewers should be able to read your poster content from 1 m away. Please make sure your text is not too small.
- Award decisions by the panel of judges will be considered final.
- The award presentation for winners of the best posters will be on 28 September 2025, 16:30 (UTC+8), at the Grand Ballroom.
