Dr Wee Xue Ting

Dr Wee Xue Ting is the founder and chief executive officer of iRx Clinical Pharmacy. Being a trailblazer in pharmacy practice, she revolutionised primary care for the community through close partnership with medical practices, primary care networks (PCNs), hospitals and community partners. She is dedicated to providing high quality, personalised , value-based preventive care and chronic disease management for individuals centred in the community.

Dr Wee is an accredited cardiology specialist pharmacist with extensive clinical experience in caring for patients in the critical care, inpatient and ambulatory care settings. She is also an avid mentor to young pharmacists and students in clinical care, pharmacy practice and research. She is a strong advocate of challenging the status quo and redesigning the pharmacy role, aiming for pharmacists to be invaluable members of the healthcare team.
