Dr Lum Zheng Kang

Dr Lum Zheng Kang is the CEO of Collabring Consultancy Pte Ltd, a health services research company. He also serves as the chairman of the Professional Education Chapter of the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore.

Dr Lum received his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the National University of Singapore. Prior to pursuing his PhD, he received his training at the National University Hospital and the National Heart Centre Singapore. Dr Lum has held various research roles at institutions such as Duke-NUS Medical School, Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, and the National University Hospital. In recognition of his research achievements, Dr Lum was honoured with the Best Graduate Researcher Award from the National University of Singapore in 2019.

Dr Lum has disseminated his work on person-centred interprofessional care, workforce development, and implementation science in international journals and conferences. Being an active member of the International Pharmaceutical Federation, he has also co-authored guidelines on cardiovascular disease management, vaccination services, pandemic preparedness, and chronic respiratory disease management.
