Dr Chan Po Fun

Dr Chan Po Fun is a consultant cardiologist at the National University Heart Centre, Singapore. She is currently clinical lead for Heart Failure Services and has established a multi-disciplinary heart-failure team at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.

Dr Chan is trained in cardiology as a senior resident at the National University Hospital and was accredited as a specialist in cardiology by the Ministry of Health in 2017. She was granted the Health Manpower Development Programme Award by the Ministry of Health in 2020 and 2021 and is a member of the Clinician Advisory Workgroup to MOH for heart failure.

She is also the director of the Cardiac Diagnostic Laboratory, part of the Women Heart Health team, and participates actively in the Community Cardiology Liason programmes within the National University Health System.
