By submitting an abstract, the participant is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of participation set out below:

The author(s) agree(s) to materially confine their presentations to information in the abstract if accepted for presentation. If an author has more than one abstract accepted, each presentation will be materially confined to the information in the abstract selected for the specific session.
Selected abstract(s) for oral or poster presentation will be advised via email. Presenting authors (including pharmacy technicians) of accepted abstracts will be eligible to register with early bird prices and must register to attend the full programme of the congress by 31 July 2025.
The presenting author should be physically available to present the abstract if accepted for the conference. The presenting author should immediately notify the 34^th Singapore Pharmacy Congress Secretariat if they are unable to present an abstract or if the presenting author changes.
The corresponding author will be notified of the abstract's status via email by 20 July 2025, 23:59 (UTC+8). Furthermore, it is the corresponding author's responsibility to keep all authors informed about the submission of the abstract and its status.
Submission of the abstract constitutes consent of all authors of the abstract to publication (e.g., the 34^th Singapore Pharmacy Congress website, programs, other promotions).
All authors of the abstract warrant and represent that they either are the sole owners of or have all necessary rights to sub-license all the information and content in the abstract provided to the 34^th Singapore Pharmacy Congress and its organisers, and that publication of the abstract does not infringe upon any rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or of any third parties.
All authors of the abstract grant the 34^th Singapore Pharmacy Congress a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display the abstract.
In the event that the recording of video, audio, or both is required during the conference, all presenting authors of the abstract give consent to the organiser to record the audio and/or video.
The 34^th Singapore Pharmacy Congress reserves the right to remove from publication, any abstract that does not comply with the above terms of participation.

ABSTRACT STRUCTURE

The title of the abstract should be concise and indicative of the content of the abstract.
Details of authors should be given in accordance to the descending order of contribution (from highest to least) and should include:

3. Affiliated department(s) and institution(s)
4. Email address of the corresponding author

The following structure must be followed when submitting an abstract:
1. Aim(s)
2. Methods
3. Results
4. Conclusion

Abstracts must be no more than 350 words, excluding the title and the name(s) and institutions/companies of the authors and co-authors.
The use of standard abbreviations is acceptable. Place special or unusual abbreviations in brackets after the full word/phrase on the first appearance.
Use numerals to indicate numbers, except to begin sentences.
The use of tables, graphs, or other types of images in abstracts is not permitted.
Abstracts will be reproduced exactly as submitted and will not be edited in any way. The authors are responsible for all spelling, grammatical, or scientific accuracy. The 34^th Singapore Pharmacy Congress Organising Committee and Secretariat will not entertain any requests for changes.
