Mr Nick Sharp – Paul, based in Australia, leads AdPha’s Member Projects, Member Experience and Publications teams. He oversees the operational functions supporting Australia’s peak body for hospital pharmacy, a community of more than 5,800 pharmacists and technicians navigating rapid change under constant pressure.
Over the past 18 months, Nick has helped steer AdPha through a series of high-stakes reframes: an ongoing national workforce crisis that has seen three – quarters of hospitals cut pharmacy services, met with an evidence – based case for a dedicated national workforce plan; the milestone of 3,000 practitioners completing or progressing an ANZCAP recognition portfolio, formalising standardised career pathways across Australia and New Zealand; and the rollout of Australia’s first Competency Standards Framework for Pharmacy Technicians, reshaping scope of practice at scale.
He also leads Pharmacy Forecast Australia, AdPha’s national foresight initiative that systematically gathers and synthesises expert opinion to help the profession anticipate rather than merely react to the decisions reshaping clinical, operational and workforce practice.
Across specialty practice, flagship clinical publications, academic journals and awards, Nick’s remit spans the practical infrastructure AdPha uses to confront pressures across the medicines and health products value chain, and to build durable models for practice development, workforce advancement and wellbeing – the same three pillars anchoring SPC 2027.
Ms Audrey Clarissa

Ms Audrey Clarissa is an Indonesian industrial pharmacist, pharmaceutical entrepreneur, and regional pharmacy leader with extensive experience in pharmaceutical innovation, healthcare access, and professional leadership across Indonesia and the Asia-Pacific region.
As the Founder and Managing Director of PT Imedco Djaja, Audrey has led the development and introduction of pharmaceutical products addressing unmet healthcare needs in Indonesia. Her leadership encompasses product development, regulatory strategy, manufacturing, and stakeholder engagement, demonstrating the pharmacist’s unique role at the intersection of science, industry, and public health. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she played a pivotal role in facilitating access to critical therapies, including high-dose Vitamin D and hydroxychloroquine, amid significant demand and supply challenges.
Audrey currently serves as Vice Secretary General of the Indonesian Pharmacists Association (IAI) and as an Expert Panel Member for Indonesia’s Industrialization Roadmap Project, contributing her pharmaceutical and industry expertise to national development initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Audrey served as President of the International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation (IPSF), representing more than 70,000 pharmaceutical students globally and engaging with WHO, UNESCO, and UN ECOSOC. She later served as President of the Asian Young Pharmacists Group (AYPG) from 2018-2021, strengthening pharmacy collaboration across Asia-Pacific and supporting initiatives reaching pharmacists in 32 countries.
Her career reflects how pharmacists can connect pharmaceutical innovation, industry leadership, professional development, and public health to create meaningful impact beyond borders.

Ms KNG Kwee Keng

Bio
Ms Kwee Keng KNG serves as the Community Health Pharmacist Lead at Population Health Campus and holds the position of Principal Pharmacist (Clinical) at Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
She earned her Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) with Honours from the National University of Singapore and furthered her clinical expertise with a Master of Science in Clinical Pharmacy from Queen’s University of Belfast (UK). Her commitment to advancing pharmaceutical care is demonstrated through her board certification as an ambulatory care pharmacist (USA) and her qualification as a collaborative prescribing practitioner. As unit head overseeing pharmacy clinical team-based services, Kwee Keng has special interest in community health initiatives, smoking cessation programmes, anticoagulation management, chronic disease management, and telehealth services.
As the Community Health Pharmacist Lead, Kwee Keng has shaped the scope of community care pharmacy, practice and pioneered collaborative medication review services with GPs in clinic settings.
Mr Reuben ONG

Mr Reuben ONG holds an MBA in Business Management and Marketing from Rutgers Business School, The State University of New Jersey, United States, where he graduated as Valedictorian. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
He is currently the Vice President, Business Unit Healthcare, Singapore. He also serves on the Board of Directors of SAPI and is the Chairperson of its Supply Chain Committee.
Reuben first joined DKSH as General Manager where he led the Healthcare Alliance Team in Singapore and produced notable achievements during his tenure.
Prior to DKSH, Reuben held various positions at Takeda Pharmaceuticals where he became the Country Head for Singapore and led multiple commercial activities, and drove strategic growth.
With footprints all across the healthcare industry, Reuben brings with him more than seventeen years of healthcare experience where he took on several leadership positions including operations, product management, and commercial excellence.

Ms Nurhaziqah Binte Mahmud

Nurhaziqah is a Senior Pharmacy Technician with extensive experience in pharmacy operations, workforce development, quality improvement, and professional leadership. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Pharmaceutical Science) in 2017 and is the recipient of the retail Excellent Service Award (EXSA) and Excellent Pharmacy Technician Award, recognising her commitment to patient care and service excellence in pharmacy practice.
Passionate about advancing the pharmacy technician profession, Nurhazigah serves as a Head Trainer and mentor for pharmacy technician trainees and contributed to quality improvement as an Internal Auditor. She also represents Guardian as the Pharmacy Technician Lead in the Pharmacy Technician Lead-Chief Pharmacist (PTL-CP) network, collaborating with Chief Pharmacists and pharmacy technician leaders across Singapore to share best practices, strengthen professional frameworks, and drive initiatives that enhance the competencies and professional development of pharmacy technicians.
Beyond her workplace, Nurhaziqah is an active member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore (PSS) Scientific Committee, Head of Sponsorship for the Pharmacy Technician Community of Practice (PT COP), and Singapore’s representative to the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) Pharmacy Technician Advisory Committee (PTAC), contributing to national and international efforts to advance the profession.
Committed to developing future healthcare professionals, Nurhazigah volunteers as a career speaker, serves as a mentor under Mentoring SG at Temasek Polytechnic, and was a judge for the Temasek Polytechnic Hackathon (2024-2025). She also supports environmental sustainability through kayaking clean-up initiatives to remove litter from Singapore’s waterways.
Through leadership, education, advocacy, and community service, Nurhaziqah is dedicated to empowering the pharmacy workforce and advancing patient-centred care both nationally and internationally.
Dr Vivianne Shih

Dr Vivianne Shih is the Immediate Past President of the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore (PSS), as well as Chair of the SingHealth Duke-NUS Centre for Global Pharmacy and a Specialist Pharmacist at the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS). She holds both a Doctor of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) Honours degree from the National University of Singapore, and is US Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy and Oncology.
As Clinical Service Lead for the Pharmacy Department at NCCS, Dr Shih has been instrumental in establishing clinical oncology pharmacy services. Her contributions have been recognised with several accolades, including the SingHealth Allied Health Professional Clinical Champion Award in 2021, and the PSS Professor Lucy Wan Outstanding Pharmacist of the Year award in 2025.
Dr Shih is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School and serves as Residency Programme Director for the National Pharmacy Residency Programme R2 (Oncology). In 2024, she received the National Pharmacy Residency Programme Outstanding Faculty Award. She is also actively involved in the training of Registrars and Medical Officers from the Division of Medical Oncology at NCCS, and in 2025 was presented with the Residency in SingHealth Excels (RISE)-Partners in Education Award.

Adjunct Assistant Professor Kalisvar Marimuthu is a Senior Consultant in Infectious Diseases and Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) at the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID) and Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), Singapore. He is Chair of the National Infection Prevention and Control Committee (NIPC) and Deputy Clinical Director of TTSH’s Department of Infection Prevention and Control (DIPC). He also serves as a Senior Consultant for IPC with Singapore’s Ministry of Health and the Communicable Diseases Agency. He is Co-Chair of the World Health Organization (WHO) guideline development group on IPC for respiratory pathogens of pandemic potential. His primary research interests focus on the transmission dynamics of emerging infectious diseases and multidrug-resistant organisms (MDROs), as well as de-implementation and sustainability in IPC.
