Transforming Community Pharmacy Practice with iRx Clinical Pharmacy

Healthier SG has presented a wide range of opportunities for pharmacists, especially in the primary care setting. Even though the roles of pharmacists are well established in hospitals, polyclinics and retail pharmacies, there are traditionally no pharmacists alongside general practitioners and family medicine doctors in the private setting, at the heart of all the action of Healthier SG. In this session, Dr Wee Xue Ting, founder and chief executive officer of iRx Clinical Pharmacy, will be sharing the trailblazing journey she has taken as a clinical pharmacist in the private primary care space. In her work, she serves the Singaporean population, in close partnership with medical practices and primary care networks . She will also share her insights on the primary healthcare landscape and her aspirations for the future of the pharmacy profession in Singapore.
