Dr Dawn Er

Dr Dawn Er is the programme chair for the Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science programme at Republic Polytechnic (RP), Singapore. She is responsible for leading and overseeing the initiatives to envision, develop and implement programmes in the pharmaceutical science domain. She sits on the RP Senate as an elected member and is also appointed as a member of the Pharmacy Technicians Training and Development Committee by the Ministry of Health. Dr Er is a particularly keen advocate of the use of digital tools in the classroom to engage and motivate learners. She has a passion for integrating technology into teaching and learning practices. In recognition of her efforts, RP has given her the Curriculum Innovation Award. As a pharmacist by training, Dr Er is dedicated to helping learners master the skills they need to thrive in the future pharmaceutical and healthcare industries , and inspiring the next generation of professionals in pharmacy.
