Dr Ashley Lim Shiyuan

Dr Ashley Lim is a senior clinical pharmacist currently practising in KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Singapore. His interests include paediatrics, infectious disease and allergy. He obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the National University of Singapore in 2021 and is currently undergoing residency training. As part of his PharmD programme, he completed a systematic review and meta-analysis on the differences in nephrotoxicity risks associated with the different methods of therapeutic drug monitoring of vancomycin. His work was featured in ID Week 2021 and published in the Therapeutic Drug Monitoring journal. Dr Lim is currently involved in implementing a “Pharmacist-led Beta-Lactam Interview and De-labelling” project in his institution, as well as the validation of a Parental Health Literacy Assessment Tool.
