ABSTRACT GUIDELINES
- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Encore abstracts can be considered for oral and poster presentations.
- Abstract’s title should be concise and indicative of the content of the abstract.
- Details of authors should be given in accordance to descending order of contribution (from most to least).
The following structure must be followed when submitting an abstract:
1. Aims 2. Methods 3. Results 4. Conclusion
- Word limit: Abstracts should not exceed 300 words.
- The use of standard abbreviations is acceptable. Place special or unusual abbreviations in brackets after the full word the first time it appears.
- Use numerals to indicate numbers, except to begin sentences.
- The use of tables, graphs and other types of images in abstracts are not permitted.
- Abstracts not adhering to the above will not be considered.
- Abstracts’ presenting authors must register for the Congress.
