Terms of Participation
  • By submitting an abstract, the participant is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of participation set out below.
  • The author(s) agree(s) to materially confine their presentations to information in the abstract if accepted for presentation. If an author has more than one abstract accepted, each presentation will be materially confined to the information in the abstract selected for the specific session.
  • Selected abstract(s) for oral or poster presentation will be notified by email. The presenting author need to register for the conference and be present during the conference.
  • The presenting author will be physically available to present the abstract if accepted for the conference. The presenting author will immediately notify the Singapore Pharmacy Congress 2023 Secretariat if they are unable to present an abstract or if the presenting author changes.
  • The submitted contact information should belong to the presenter of the abstract. The presenter will be notified of the abstract's status via email by mid-June 2023 (please note that this timeline may be subject to change without prior notice). Furthermore, it is the presenter's responsibility to keep all co-authors informed about the abstract's status.
  • Submission of the abstract constitutes consent of all authors of the abstract to publication (e.g., Singapore Pharmacy Congress website, programs, other promotions).
  • All authors of the abstract warrant and represent that they either are the sole owners of or have all necessary rights to sub-license all the information and content in the abstract provided to Singapore Pharmacy Congress and its organisers, and that publication of the abstract does not infringe any rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or of any third parties.
  • All authors of the abstract grant Singapore Pharmacy Congress a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display the abstract.
  • In the event if video and audio recording are required during the conference, all presenting authors of the abstract to give consent to the organiser to record the audio and video.
  • Singapore Pharmacy Congress reserves the right to remove from any publication any abstract that does not comply with the above.
